Annual General Members Meeting: 7:30pm

An email will be sent out with the Agenda and the minutes of the last AGM meeting held October 11th 2025, which the attending membership will be asked to approve.

We are looking for nominations for the following positions on the committee:

• President
• Vice-President
• Secretary
• Treasurer
• Webmaster
• Touring Coordinator
• Explorer Editor
• Club Registrar
• 3 x General Committee members.
